Install Rhotion AI Search & Personalization for BigCommerce

Easily connect your BigCommerce store to Rhotion AI Search & Personalization in just a few clicks. Sync your products seamlessly—no coding required.

The Rhotion AI Search & Personalization BigCommerce integration manages the entire data connection between your store and Rhotion, keeping your catalog up to date automatically.

Before you begin

Make sure you have a BigCommerce store with administrator access.

Step 1: Install the Rhotion AI Search & Personalization App

1. Go to the Rhotion AI Search & Personalization app page.

2. Click Get this app.

   • If you already have a BigCommerce store – Log in.

   • If you’re new to BigCommerce – Sign up.

3. Click Install.

Step 2: Connect BigCommerce with Rhotion

1. From your BigCommerce dashboard, open the Rhotion AI Search & Personalization app from the sidebar.

2. On the permissions prompt, click Confirm.

3. Complneeded.

Step 3: Index Your Products

• Once configuration is complete, Rhotion will automatically begin indexing your products and categories.

• You can track the indexing progress directly from the Rhotion dashboard.

Step 4: Configure Search & Personalization

1. Navigate to the Search Settings tab.

2. Enable and customize Autocomplete and InstantSearch features to fit your theme.

3. Ensure both Autocomplete and InstantSearch are activated for the best experience.

Important Note

If your store already has another third-party search solution installed, please disable it before activating Rhotion AI Search & Personalization. Only one search solution can run at a time in BigCommerce.
